My friend was the victim in a near fatal hit and run car accident. She was in an Iron Lung for four days, and ICU for 13 days. With extensive injuries, she was finally well enough to go home. I had just heard about Nopalea, and had ordered a bottle. When my bottle arrived, I made sure to take some over to her.  Now I must say, that I didn't hold a lot of hope for her, because of her extensive injuries, but I had heard SO MUCH good about Nopalea, that I guess that I was just hoping for a miracle.

I have been in chronic pain in my right elbow/arm for over a month due to hitting it on the tile counter when vacuuming, at least I think that is what caused it. I was not able to use my right hand without excruciating pain. (It really hurt) I started taking the Nopalea this week on Monday and noticed the next day a tingling in my little finger on my right hand, and the pain was less in my arm/elbow. I also noticed the coordination came back in my right hand with using the mouse with my computer, which was really great. Now it is Thursday, and I can do things with my right hand/arm with less or no pain! I did not wake up with terrible pain in the middle of the night, this is significant in just a couple of days. I think the pain will be gone by the weekend and I will be able to plant some vegetables!

For years I have had horrible migraines.  Many factors have influences my migraines, but most commonly stress.  Stress has been the cause of other physical issues such as muscle tension in my shoulders and neck.  This then leads to head pain. 

I fear that taking migraine medication too often isn't good for my body.  Also taking a daily anti inflammatory medication shouldn't have to occur either.  Popping pills isn't what I wanted to do.  Eventually the anti inflammatory medication became more necessary as I developed pain in my knees.  The pain and swelling was difficult to deal with.  My Dr prescribed yet another anti-inflammatory for my knees and told me to stop running.  I enjoy my workouts and was upset that this had to stop.  As a wife and mother not being able to do the physical activities that I wanted and constantly worrying about when my next migraine would hit became depressing.  It also became very expensive due to the prescriptions.

I am honored to be able to write you this testimony, regarding  Sonoran Bloom Naopalea.

My little four year old nephew caught the Swine Flu for about three weeks ago. Since he is very young,
and his immune system is not very strong, his system was getting worse by the minute. My sister

My Nopalea story may not be as earth shattering as many of the stories I am hearing, like many people getting relief from fibromyalgia. That is exciting and groundbreaking news, especially for those who suffer from that painful and chronic condition.

My story starts in October of 2008, when I was on a fishing trip I injured my right shoulder in a boating incident. The Maurice River in southern New Jersey is a particularly fast moving tidal river, when the tide starts to run out to the Delaware Bay it is fast and furious, making boating a little tricky. Not being very experienced, it was left to me to tie the bow of the boat to the dock while we got fuel. The tide was really running out at full speed and I didn’t do such a great job tying the bow of the boat to the dock. I looked over and saw the bow of the boat begin to pull away from the dock, this was a 30 foot boat so when it started to move with the current it became a considerable force. I ran over to the edge of the dock, the line was already in the water, so I grabbed the bow rail and tried to pull the boat back to the dock. Instead the boat started to pull me into the fast moving river. At that point I couldn’t let go or I would fall into the fast moving current and most certainly drown. I called for my friend to grab me around the waist, luckily he did and I am here to tell the story. What did happen is I hyper extended my right shoulder pulling the boat back to the dock with the help of my friend pulling me by the waist.

I could not get any long term relief from the pain in my shoulder. Ibuprofen only lasted a couple of hours at a time and you just can’t take that much Ibuprofen and remain in good health. It was extremely painful just to wash my hair in the shower, I had to put my elbow against the shower wall to keep my arm up long enough to complete washing my hair. My first bottle of Nopalea arrived in April of this year. By that time I was unable to lift my arm above mid torso without severe pain. After a few days of using Nopalea I started to feel some relief, I figured it could just be a coincidence, maybe I just wasn’t moving it in the wrong directions lately. After about ten days after I started drinking Nopalea I noticed a significant improvement, I could wash my hair without pain, Still not totally convinced I waited a little longer before telling anyone. Finally I was ready to testify, three weeks after starting to drink a couple of ounces of Nopalea everyday, my pain was completely gone. My shoulder still clicks when I move it above my head, but there is no pain.

If you knew me you would understand the significance of me, telling this story. I received my case of Nopalea today.  Was glad to have it.  Well, this is my story as of today. 

I had trouble walking in the morning upon awakening.  I call it hobbling.  I had pain for several hours during the following morning time.  By lunch I had consumed 1600 mg ibuprofen, so I felt better.  At home that evening I would continue to have pain upon getting out of my chair.  Eventually I would take more ibuprofen and then go to bed.  I have a rx for a powerful anti inflammatory drug, which is very hard on my stomach, so I use it sparingly.

I was diagnosed with osteo arthritis in my right foot, had bad inflammation in the past, was having it now, and knew that I would continue to have it, because that is the nature of the disease. I already knew about the health benefits of the p.p. cactus.  I've lived in AZ all my life and have seen the cactus in mexican cuisine and home cooking.  For me, and some of my latino friends, it is tasteless as a food, but "good for you".  So, when it was proposed to me that this cactus specifically good for inflammation, I thought I would give it a  whirl, (as long as it tastes good, right).  So it tastes good.  Really good actually! 

So I took the maxium serving, 3 oz, per day for 5 days, and I awoke and trot out to the kitchen and am messing around out there for about 5 minutes and I realize I am not hobbling!  That was a really a happy surprise!  Over the next 7 days, I continued to experience improvement, in flexion of my toes, and actually, I would find myself, running a little bit.

This is the really big news. I think: I have so much energy for doing things!  I didn't have to choose between taking the dog for a walk and going shopping, I could do both!  I mean, I actually am astounded at how much the pain from the inflammation was sucking the life out of me!  Sounds sort of dramatic, but I do feel so much better, and its literally been too long to remember when I my foot felt this comfortable.

I still have arthritis, and I am, at this time, preparing for some surgery which will help with the orthopedic aspect of the problem, but as I mentioned before, inflammatory arthritis is the nature of the problem.

I am so relieved that I can use the Nopalea instead of taking yet another rx medicine.

I have been taking Nopalea for about 3 weeks now.  I was getting pain in my forearms and going into my wrists.  There were times that I could not even lift anything, my wrists were so painful.  I went to an orthopedic doctor and he said I had "tennis elbow" and that I should go for physical therapy.  I didn't want to start that and go 3 times a week and it gets very expensive, at $90 a week for the copay, so I never went.

Well I have to say that I have not been feeling the pain now for the last two weeks, and I feel great.

I am an RN who worked in the Critical Care setting for 22+ years until 8 years ago when I had to go out on full time disability due to Systemic Lupus. Having been diagnosed over 25 years ago, this has been a long term battle. I currently am on chemotherapy and long term steroids and approx 8 other daily medications including pain medications for joint and muscle pain and spasms. I also have Hemiplegic Migraines that render me paralyzed on one side of my body with the inability to speak or communicate along with a fully dilated pupil. These require 25-36 ER admissions a year. My medical history is so extensive is is almost embarrassing to write about.

I started taking Nopalea last month. I had heard remarkable reports, but was not prepared for the results I have received! I love to wood carve.It is my great love. I have not been able to do it in quite a while. The last time I did do it wasn't very enjoyable because of the pain I experienced. It just so happened I had to start teaching my son to carve for his Senior Project the week before I started the Nopalea. Just showing him the techniques caused my hands such discomfort. But it also got the carving bug into me. Only 3 days after starting the Nopalea I started carving again myself. ALL DAY. The next day I had minimal discomfort which is unheard of for me, especially when I begin carving after a long downtime. My arms, hands, neck and back did not hurt. And I was not fatigued. I have been carving for a straight month now virtually pain free! No spasms. Minimal redness, Minimal swelling. I have not taken any of my pain meds for over 3 weeks!!

I also started walking my dog again for the first time in about 8 years. Albeit short walks, but walks non the less. My teenage son rides ATV's and dirt bikes with my husband, I actually took up dirt bike riding about 6 years ago so that I could do something with my son that didn't require walking. Granted I don't do the fancy jumps he does but we enjoy riding mountain trails together. I had to stop even doing that 2 years ago because of pain. I am going to give it a whirl again now, all because of the Nopalea.

Before being able to turn this testimonial in, I had a flare up of my Lupus. This flare up was a lot different than previous flares. Usually during a flare, I suffer tremendous pain, requiring an increase in my pain meds. I took no pain meds. Also I always either require an increase of either my oral steroid dose but usually an steroid injection. Neither was necessary! But what was more amazing for me was that my flares always trigger an increase in my Hemiplegic Migraines, requiring at least 3-4 visits in a week minimal. I did not go once for this. I've been taking my Nopalea faithfully. It tastes good and God knows I need it. I have type 2 Diabetes, heart disease and other life-threatening diseases. When I was diagnosed with diabetes 5 years ago, my blood sugar was over 1000. Yes, 1000. I was hospitalized for days on insulin drips. What an experience.

I began to develop neuropathy rather quickly. Initially, I lost the feeling in my big toes, and it spread eventually to all of my toes, then to the pads under my feet, etc. A few months ago, I began a new phase of neuropathy: sharp pain in my feet. Wow! I never knew sharp pain like that.

Last week, I stubbed my second toe and tore off the nail. I didn't even know it since I have no feeling in my toes and portions of my feet (except for the stabbing pain in the nerves of my feet). I discovered it bleeding, and removed the remaining nail without a blink of the eye since I had no feeling.

I have been hoping that Nopalea would affect my neuropathy, but didn't want to fall into the power of suggestion. However . . . in the last two days, I have discovered that the feeling in my feet is absolutely returning! How do I know? I can now feel the after affects of the toe I stubbed. It actually hurts. I can now rub my toes together and feel them. Before, I rubbed my toes together and I felt nothing, not even pressure. The pads under my feet have gone from a total absence of feeling to a feeling of heaviness and thickness. They've even changed color. I'm experiencing many unusual sensations in my toes and feet as they re-gain feeling. And, I noticed that I have not had
the stabbing pain in my feet either.

Is it the power of suggestion? I know it's not. You can't make
feeling return to your feet by mere suggestion. As for the stubbed toe, that pain is now real - it's not the power of suggestion!

I wanted to pass on a product testimonial I just experienced last night. I was awakened a little before 3am by a bad jaw/headache. I've had this before a few times, and it seems to be from clamping down on a tooth in my sleep, and causes a massive headache sometimes shooting up into my eye. Usually when I get one ot these, I take a couple extra strength Tylenol, but it still takes almost an hour for it to calm down enough to go back to sleep. As I headed to the kitchen to get some Tylenol, I thought...wait a minute...this could be considered a type of inflamation, I wonder what Nopalea would do?  So instead of grabbing the pain pills, I downed the last ounce of Nopalea in my bottle, and sat down at the computer to read some email and wait for the pain to subside. I don't feel much different and my foot is still hurting. I have changed shoes again and sleep with the socks. Yet it has only been three days, so we still have time.

I woke up bright and early and my foot has stopped hurting as bad as it was for the past two days. There is a chance that the Nopalea is working because it feels better. It has stopped and begun again so we will see. My sugar levels are still controlled, so we are heading in the right direction.

I worked out last night for two hours. The funny thing is that the area that normally gives me problems didn't' bother me at all. The top of my foot hurt a little bit, but not like it normally does. I have never been able to stay on the treadmill for two hours with minimal pain. This is great!

There is no tenderness still. I was able to wear heels to church and there is still no pain. I am truly excited and hope that this is not temporal, but the pain is gone. I rubbed the area where it was once tender and feel nothing. I canceled the appointment with the Podiatrist because the pain is gone. This is really awesome!

The pain is still gone. I feel fine, actually I feel great. I worked out all weekend and felt no pain in the tender area of my feet. I mean no pain at all and I am truly ecstatic. I am increasing my workout level to level 5 from level 4.

Besides all the great income opportunities with TriVita, Sometimes I wonder if my calling was for Sonoran Bloom Nopalea. I was having a sciatic never issue that restricted me from doing a lot of activities that I love, I had to stop working as a Volunteer Firefighter- EMT quit the band I was in and I had a hard time riding my Harley. Three weeks after taking Nopalea I have no pain.
I took my Harley out of storage. “Four wheels move the body, Two wheels move the soul”.

I have an amazing success with this product that has literally blown me away!  I ran out on Thursday night… I’ve been amazed the past 2 weeks that I have NOT had any POST WORKOUT soreness and I started a very serious and intense workout regemin 2 weeks ago. I lift heavy for being a shorty (5’3”) …. 220lb on my leg press for 7 sets at 15 reps, 90lbs on lat pulldown for 7 sets at 12-15 reps, I bench an easy 100lbs and so on.   Well, I should always be sore 2-3 days post workout.  I told Brazos, that I’ve not had one day of soreness… there is MORE to this product than they know – I just know it.

Well, I ran OUT Thursday.  I was in tears yesterday from low back pain, as well as this morning as I was cooking breakfast. I’ve been dosing up with 800mg Motrin ALL weekend in an attempt to ease my pain and it only works for a few hrs at a time.
I could shout to the world the AMAZING results I have had! I just did not know how great this product was until I ran out!

WOW!!!  is all I can say!

Wow, Sonoran Bloom Nopalea is a fabulous product.  Last week I seriously injured my knee shortly after an intense workout.  You remember me telling you my knee was acting up and I needed some more product as my family went thru the last bottle in record time.  Well that was before my knee really started acting up.  My knee "popped" when I was just standing doing nothing. I had so much pain I was going to schedule a MRI and see one of my orthopedic friends about a possible surgery (it hurt that bad).  My medial-collateral ligament was throbbing intensely.  So, I decided to take 3-6 oz's of the Nopalea product and within 2 days all the pain was gone and my knee actually feels stronger than before.  I can't believe it!!!!  My goodness, if this was a pharmaceutical product it would be a billion dollar drug, no kidding.

So I've cancelled my MRI appointment and will now faithfully taking this product daily.  Oh and by the way, I did some independent research on the product.  The product does have powerful anti-oxidant properties.  As we've discussed previously, inflammation is the cause of many diseases that we currently treat.  I was one of the principle investigators for the Jupiter trial which showed that HS-CRP is an important marker for coronary artery disease.

I had a very bad fall in March of 2008 leaving work in a parking lot during a rainstorm.  Since I was holding a heavy briefcase containing a laptop and work file's in one hand, and a purse and manual's in the other, I was not able to brace myself when I slipped in the parking lot, fell and slid under my car.  I tore my hamstring and adductor muscle's in my left leg, two tendon's, damaged my periformis muscle, which sit's on top of the sciatic nerve resulting in constant sciatica, and injured both my sacroiliac joint's.  I was in physical therapy for 17 week's, and  getting cortisone injection's from the orthopedic surgeon  in the sciatic nerve and sacroiliac joint's periodically.  Previously I was active in yoga, some pilate's, and walked 3-4 miles a day.   Due to the injuries, even after 1 year, I was not very flexible at all and in spite of stretching 2-3 time's a day, could not bend easily.  I was walking longer distance's, but continued to have pain and tightening of the muscle's and could not do yoga or pilate's at all.  My hip's and back would constantly  lock up to the point of not being able to move for a minute or two when getting out of a car or trying to stand after sitting for any length of time due to the injury to the sacroiliac joint's, and the sciatic nerve. Throughout this time, I could not sit at a desk type chair or ride a bicycle for any length of time and was out of work on disability for 7 month's.   

After 5 day's on 2 oz's. of Nopalea daily, I could stretch out, had no muscular pain, and after about 14 day's can do yoga pose's, am now starting some Pilate's again, and I have no pain when walking long distance's. Bear, one of my dog's, really appreciate's the longer walk's!  My husband and I even went to a local bicycle shop and bought new bike's last week that we ride often now.  I certainly did not think I  would be able to sit on a bike seat again.   

One of my best friend's just became a Sonoran Bloom affiliate because she know's my family very well and has seen the fantastic result's that Bruce, Eric and I have experienced first hand.

Well I got my Nopalea and I took a small sample at 5pm yesterday.  In 12 hours I woke up this morning at 5am and my back and hips did not hurt me at all.  After 33 years of being in pain everyday from a wall falling on me when I was 13 tearing a old building down and breaking my pelvis and injuring my lower back this is quite a welcome surprise.  My Dad even bought my first bottle of Nopalea from me.  He says if it helps him with his knee pain he will be back for more.  The taste of Nopalea is AWESOME!!!  Thank-you again TriVita for such a wonderful product!!

My husband, Bruce has diabetic peripheral neuropathy in his legs. Super Sublingual B12 and Adaptagen alleviated this slightly, but he always has a burning sensation, cramps and pain in his legs. He has not been able to walk any distance at all without pain and his leg muscles cramping up. 5 day's after starting Nopalea at dinner, with a surprised look on his face, he mentioned that his leg's do not hurt. Bruce is taking 3 oz. a day of Nopalea to start off with due to his health issues, but to get a response so quickly is amazing!!! 

After 12 day's on Nopalea Bruce's blood sugar has gone from 140-165 in the morning to 80-100.  This is continuing consistently.  He is now on his 27th day on Nopalea. 

After 21 day's on Nopalea he no longer has constant swelling in his left ankle and foot. (Bruce had a triple by-pass 10 year's ago where the dr. took the vein from his left leg resulting in constant swelling.) His left ankle and foot always' looked horrible, now it look's great!

After only taking the product for four days, I can tell a difference. The minor aches and pains that I normally have are gone. You may have heard that we had a blizzard here in South Dakota recently. Well, it was a bad one......and I had to go out and shovel a lot of snow. I am a 19 year old  Director with TriVita, who has been on Sonoran Bloom Nopalea for 5 day's now.  I am taking 2 oz. a day.

I had a freak accident last year and severed a major artery and two tendon's in my leg, resulting in near death, 2 hospitalization's, 3 surgeries and over 3 month's in a leg cast.  Since then I cannot walk barefoot without limping, I have no pulse in my heel, and when I work out at the gym on the elliptical trainer, or run on the treadmill, I experience pain and swelling in that leg.

I began taking Nopalea the 29th of March on returning from the Phoenix launch. Within four days I realized that the eczema patches on my face were clearing up. The red, itchy, dry scaly skin, and the pain are gone.

Also, I have some arthritis - especially in my right hand. The knot on my right wrist was very noticeable, painful, and the mobility of my thumb considerably reduced. We received our initial supply of Nopalea yesterday and already we have noticed some changes within ourselves.

Maree has trouble sleeping at night and through her Rhuematoid Arthritis has lots of pain in her hips and back when trying to sleep. Last night, Maree had the best night's sleep she's had for ages and she was not bothered by the pain that normally keeps her awake. She did not need to have the pain tablets that she normally has every night and I did not have to rub her sore points like I usually do.

Now, I have had surgery on my knee twice due to degeneration of the joint. I normally wake up and struggle out of bed with discomfort in the knee and legs. This morning, I was able to get up with out any noticeable pain or discomfort.

I would like to share my experience with Sonoran Bloom Nopalea, but first I would like to express the same sentiment many others have expressed that attended the kick-off event in Phoenix.  This visit was my second to the home of TriVita, I visited the corporate offices back in December 2008.  I was struck then as now with the professional, friendly, dedicated attitudes of the entire TriVita Staff.

The event was superbly managed and the venue was quite impressive.  For me, I was most impressed by the enlightening and entertaining presentation given by Brazos Minshew, TriVita’s Chief Science Officer.  His presentation was part history lesson, part geography lesson, and part science lesson all woven together to highlight the research that helped to bring us this wonderful product.

Shortly after the start of his presentation, I was concentrating on the presentation screen when these words echoed through the auditorium, “If inflammation is the problem, Nopalea is the solution”,  I immediately looked over at Brazos who had paused after that emphatic statement to observe the reaction of the audience.  I couldn’t put my finger on it immediately, but for some reason those words resonated with me.  Brazos went on with his presentation and a little further on he paused, looked at the audience and said again, “If inflammation is the problem, Nopalea is the solution”.  I had been turning those words over in my mind since first hearing them and finally it jumped out at me why.(I know this is lengthy, but I think it necessary to get the point across).  He said those words a few more times during the presentation and by the end I had dubbed it Minshews Mantra;  “If the problem is inflammation, Nopalea is the solution”.

The reason my subconscious had latched onto those words so quickly was because I had heard similar words some time ago in reference to the problem I was having the control of my asthma.  A little history; 

I began to experience difficulty with my breathing in my late forties (I’m 55 now).  I started using over the counter inhalers (Primatine Mist) to help mitigate the problem and continued that way a few years.  During that time at routine checkups my doctor suggested that I be tested for asthma, but since the OTC medication was working I declined.  Eventually I was diagnosed with asthma and put on twice daily prescription steroid medication plus prescription  inhalers for immediate relief of sudden symptoms.  There was some improvement but one of the side effects was causing me to lose my voice.  My co workers were making comments that I sounded like someone who smoked 3 packs a day…so I finally asked for a referral to an asthma clinic and after hearing my breathing history the doctor nodded his head like he’d heard this story before, then said, “your problem is inflammation, and your medications are not treating it”.  He asked if I had heard of Advair, I said I had (the commercials tout its ability to fight the inflammation that causes asthma).  I was put on Advair that day and have not had any asthma symptoms since. You can probably see now where I’m headed ……

So, when I heard “Minshews Mantra”, I began to wonder if Nopalea might be able to keep me symptom free.  Since I was convinced of the science behind the product I decided to stop taking the Advair and instead started drinking 3 oz of Nopalea in the morning and 1 or 2 oz’s in the evening.  I knew this wasn’t dangerous as I had run out of the Advair once before and knew all that would happen if the Nopalea did not help I would just start having breathing problems and probably need the inhalers until I started taking the Advair again.  But, that hasn’t been necessary!  It’s going on two weeks now and I am still symptom free without taking any medications.  Normally it would only take a few days for the breathing difficulties to return.

Since I have been being seen regularly at the asthma clinic they have documented computer tests of my breathing capacity and lung function over the past couple of years.  I will be due for another test in about a month.  The test technician and the doctor will not know that I have not been taking any medication for several weeks so the evaluation of the tests will be interesting to see.  If the tests confirm that my lung function has stayed the same or improved it will be interesting see what the doctor says when I tell him I have not been taking the medication!!  So that’s why Minshews Mantra, “If Inflammation is the problem, Nopalea is the solution” hit home to me.

I’m very thankful that my friend Tom Velasquez introduced me to TriVita in December 08.  My business has continued to grow, and my health continues to improve.  And of course, I’m very thankful for TriVita and all the dedicated people that continue to help all of us experience wellness and the opportunity to earn a viable income from home.

I've been taking my Nopalea faithfully. It tastes good and God knows I need it. I have type 2 Diabetes, heart disease and other life-threatening diseases. When I was diagnosed with diabetes five years ago, my blood sugar was over 1000. Yes, 1000. I was hospitalized for days on insulin drips. What an experience.
